What is it?

This is a higher education bursary of $500.00 to be Awarded annually in memory of a former O.R.A. and R.A.O. member Bob Jamieson to the person most fitting the criteria.

What are they?

The applicant must be 21 years old or under, enrolled at a University or College, OR an adult enrolled in a Continuing Adult Education Program at a University or College.
The applicant must be a member or the Ontario Rodeo Association or the Roping Association or Ontario.
The applicant must apply in writing to the Ontario Association (under whose auspices the fund was established) setting forth the reason(s) for the application personal goals, and including a resume of past education with the mention of scholastic achievements.

Who decides?

Three people will decide the awarding of the bursary:

the President of the ORA
the President of the RAO
Pat Jamieson

Judgmental discretion will be observed.

When is the deadline?

The application deadline is September 30th
