- A rodeo may be postponed during a pop-up thunder storm. A rodeo will be postponed if lightning is present and will not resume until the threat of lightning has past. – Barb Lillie

- RULE VI – Ontario Finals Rodeo
- 5. Should any contestant who qualified for the Ontario Finals fail to appear at the Finals, they will forfeit any points and trophies awarded under the championship award system and will be fined two hundred dollars ($200.00) unless, in the opinion of the Association Board, that contestant has a justifiable reason for not appearing. All contestants at the ORA Finals must compete in the finals during the scheduled performances. – Barb Lillie
ARTICLE VI – ELECTIONS 7. Any nomination or voting done by proxy is to be in writing only, with the member’s signature, and must be given to the Secretary prior to the Annual Meeting, with full membership paid for that voting calendar year. ARTICLE IX – ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING ... Proxy votes will be limited to one per person at the AGM.
